If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe:

If your item arrives broken, scratched, or damaged in any way:

If you received an incorrect product:
Step 1: Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Step 2: Include a photo of the item received and your order details.
Resolution: We’ll send the correct item immediately or issue a full refund.
For approved returns, we will cover or reimburse the return shipping cost if the issue was our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
If a return is requested for any other reason, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Once your return or issue is confirmed:
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
